I really can’t recommend Crystal’s course enough. It’s really changed the way I tackled my mornings. She helps you tailor everything to your life stage and priorities.

I’ll give you a bit of a bonus insight that I just discovered this weekend: Sunshine. If I can go outside for even just a couple of minutes in the morning and get a little bit of sunshine, I feel even better about starting my day. I know it sounds strange, but I really do feel a difference!

I recently began waking between 5-6am and so I’m still trying to figure out of that is what works best for me. Like you, I feel very productive when I do, but I’m not certain it’s my favorite thing ever! Time will tell:) I just might have to check out Make Over Your Mornings! Thanks for the insight, Kalyn!

We should get buttons or something for the “Overachievers Club.” 🙂

You just hit on something that I really loved about how Money Saving Mom structured her course. I’ve already gotten a lot of feedback from so many women, in so many different stages of life, about how this course seemed to be specifically designed just for them. Crystal has 3 children yet the principals she teaches aren’t just for mom’s with 3 kids. When applied, they will work for everyone, no matter what circumstances they find themselves in. It’s all about developing the routines and habits that work for that part of life.

Thanks Sukanya. I love the accomplished feeling after the fact….the waking up part, not so much. 🙂 But Crystal’s course really helped me with my mindset on that as well!

Personally i love to wake up early and execute all major tasks as I feel this is the best time when my mind is completely free from everything. Thanks for this share.

What can I say—we’re overachievers! ” This made me LOL. Coz that’s so me! And then I feel depressed coz I only struck off 2 maybe 3 items off my list! And yeah, I have also lost my motivation to wake up at 5am. But in my case I need to or I will never get the uninterrupted time to work on my blog. I need to just get to bed earlier. But … teens … what can I say?! 🙂

I find it so fascinating how what a person values & enjoys changes throughout the various stages of life. It’s really what I liked most about Crystal’s course. She doesn’t try to fit everyone into her mold, instead she teaches principles and ideas that can be applied to each persons personality and schedule.

My son is going back to school next week and I am actually excited about getting up earlier. I would never have imagined it, but motherhood has made me realize the value in early morning time.

When I come home from work, I’m tired and I have about 4-5 hours to do everything else I want to do before bed. When you take eating dinner (and cooking) and just getting ready for bed into account that doesn’t leave much time for anything else.

I’ve started committing portions of my day to specific tasks to help make sure that I’m getting everything done. For example, in the mornings before I leave for work lunches will be packed, I will have done my pinning for my blog, and I have 15 minutes of me time. If there are dishes in the dishwasher that are clean then they will be unloaded to prepare for my future dinner mess and I tidy up the kitchen.

If I miss ANY of these things in the morning, it really ruins the rest of my day.
