- 1 egg
- 1 cup sour cream {8 oz}
- 5 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine wet ingredients in one bowl and dry ingredients in another.
- Stir together dry ingredients and wet until just blended. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Fill paper-lined muffin cups 3/4 full.
- Bake at 350°F for 18-20 minutes until muffins test done. Cool for 10 min, then remove from pan to wire rack to cool completely.
